South County homeless access resources - San Diego Dream Center

This year San Diego Dream Center joined with the South Bay Homeless Advocacy Coalition for their annual event to help the homeless…

Once a year, dozens of families and individual homeless gather in Chula Vista to receive the vital resources that many take for granted.

When asked what the San Diego Dream Center’s main goal was, James Merino said…

“We’re resource-based to help people who have needs,” said James Merino, executive director for San Diego Dream Center. “Our main goal is finding out what they need and how we can help them. The highest need is usually for drug and substance abuse.”

We were very excited to work along side the South Bay Homeless Advocacy Coalition and are glad that we are able to continue helping the homeless in San Diego county.
